Certainly would be nice to see a better performance out of the Broncos offense, particularly Cutler. Not that he didn't play solidly, because he did. He just needs to eliminate those Jake Plummer moments from his repertoire, and finish drives. Field goals on what should be touchdown drives has been an unfortunate staple of this team in recent years, and that needs to change. Travis Henry should help that by creating shorter yardage 3rd downs.

Hopefully the Broncs can be better on 3rd downs...If they can do that even halfway they should be just fine. The vaunted Oakland D looked like a leaky faucet against Detroit last week. I expect them to be a lot better against us but I also expect their Offense to struggle scoring against our D. Broncos 24-13.

Dear Broncos:
We still hate you. Especially Shanahan, who froze our pathetic fat kicker.
Love,
Oakland.

Who are these people rating the Broncos highly? Even the most optimistic of predictions has Denver winning their division and losing before the AFC Championship to Indy/NE. It's really a two horse race in the division between Denver and SD, and I'd say that most predicted a second place finish from Denver. I haven't seen much to indicate they won't finish top 2 in the AFC West.

How has Selvin Young looked in camp? I know he's starting, but is he going to get starter's carries, or commitee carries?

he hasn't looked as good as I thought he would, but I'm still expecting big things out of him..he impressed me a lot last year, and he has a lot of confidence in himself as a #1 back..I definitely think Hall is going to get a good amount of carries though, as he should..
the running game isn't a concern for me..it's all about the defense..

Wait until after this game before you start saying things like this. To be honest, I don't see how Denver is much better than Oakland at all. We'll see though. I'm not dumb enough to start mouthing off before the season has even started for our teams.

Wow, I was really confused. Last year's Broncos/Raiders thread. I'll create a new one.
