How exactly is Roy doing a better job "leading" the team?
AI has a team that can contend yeah in and out in the west. But Portland is a team that is filled with youngsters, they look like they will be a very good team in the next 2-3 years, but this year everyone was doubting them. Just look at what Roy and Aldrige have done to that team, I mean what a 13 game winning streak they had? they are in position to make the playoffs...thats the main reason I think Roy is doing the better job, even though AI is and always will put up impressive stats, but stats don't always tell the story

Easy TMU. This is a good thing for everyone. He doesn't deserve to go. He knows it...we know it.
He gets to rest his knee and in his words..."salvage our season" in after the break. This is a good thing.
