im so torn because charles had t-mac's back after game seven last year, and his words were really pretty helpful. he said, "its not right, and its not fair," in regards to t-mac catching flack for the first round exit. but then he comes back now, with tmac being the perfect leader, and says tracy doesnt know how to lead his team... i dont get it at all.
what really bothers me is the way charles reacted. he seemed hurt. usually he'd laugh it off on the spot, but this time he just seemed so defeated and down, saying, "he played fantastic."
im just so confuseddddddd... first he contradicts himself, then responds to some bad humor completely uncharacteristically, cmon chuck!

Dude that does 1st and 10 on ESPN's First Take.
He is a Rocket supporter though and a McGrady fan. He has been in the past at least. Still though...he has jinxed many teams in the past and he knows it. Says we'll win our next six games. That includes games against Boston and LA.
I like how we suddenly went from underrated to straight up overrated. I would be happy with a split of those two games. And hell Atlanta in Atlanta with Bibby will be a tough one. NO on Saturday will be tough. But anyway that comes with territory. We are the big news of the day.

I was watching the 2nd broadcast of the game in my area and one of the comments made by the announcer caught me thinking. He said Adelman said the key simple reason the rockets are playing well is they play hard every game. Look at the number of high energy players in the rocket team.
High energy players in staters: Alston, Battier, Scola, Deke
High energy players on bench: Landry, BJax, Brooks, Hayes (and soon to be added J.William?)
Rockets are leading the rebounding rate (hustle stats).
Rockets' defense forced many team below their scoring average
Rockets bench has outplayed the opponent's bench.
Rockets will continue do well with so many high energy players hustling, outworked and outplayed their opponents.

Doesn't matter how many games you guys win in a row or if it ends the next game. Your team is very impressive and still underrated. DO NOT feel down when your winning streak comes to in an end [if ever, you guys just can't stop winning]. This is a very impressive run, and alot of your players are in playoff form. Still room for improvement in some places, but you guys still have a ton of time for that. Now you have to hope Tracy can stay consistent. As a Heat fan, I now am rooting for you guys in the West. Keep it up Houston.
I am also happy to see Rafer play like a big time point guard. He has had many clutch performances in the Heat; one of the most memorable ones was him lighting up Dallas single handedly from beyond the three point range and took us to overtime, and he continued his three point dominance and beat them on his own. This was the Dallas with Nowitzski and Nash I'm talking about here, on Dwyane's rookie year.

Skip Bayless is just as horrible as SAS or any of those other jackasses, but yea he has been a T-Mac/Rocket guy for a while it seems. Hey, maybe he's the reason we're doing so well!
Let's hope we haven't peaked too soon eh?
Talk about good momentum to end the season.

We watched the tragedy unfold. We did as we were told, we bought and sold. It was the greatest show on Earth...but then it was over.

OH that guy. The only 3 words I hear when he starts talking are "I am stupiddddddd" on repeat looping so I usually just tune out his existence.
