1) plays HORRIBLY in the summer league
2) gets injured in the summer
3) we trade him

Morey isn't done with the roster, so there'll be room when the season starts.

4. If we send him to the D-League.

He's still on the roster if we send him to the D-League.

PhD Griz,
Dorsey makes the roster unless he's part of a packsge for Dwight Howard,Chris Bosh or Emeka Okafor.
He has one skill the Rockets desperately need-the ability to block shots. He's prob a lock for 15-20min/game right now, backing up Yao and a stint or two at PF. If he shows he can defend the elite PFs,he'll get more minutes. He was specifically brought in for the Playoffs. Barring a miracle, the Rockets are prob going to end up in the 4-6 spot and have to face either Boozer,Amare or Duncan and thats' why Dorsey was drafted. He's basically Chuck Hayes' replacement.

thanks tisbee...

good deal....I got scared when I saw a full or near full roster.....considering how much Dorsey did for the Tigers, we love him here and want nothing more than to have him succeed in the pros (last season, the whole student section would wear "Dorsey for Mayor" shirts). It was really unbelievable how much everyone loved him despite him being a complete knucklehead....

just keep him away from the clubs and strip joints.... :D

is chuck hayes UFA or RFA?

Looks like Novak's sticking around...or at least getting paid since the Rockets picked up his 3rd year option.
