Paul Pierce is not better than T-Mac , never was , never will be.

To who said "Dorrell, Beasley, and Jones", I'd expect Beasley to play PF, but in all honesty don't know jack about his game.

Assuming that's true, it leaves you with Daequan Cook, James Jones, Dorell Wright as backups. Even though Jones and Wright are alright, I still like our rotation (with Barry, Battier, and the occasional Landry sighting, if he's signed) as a whole better, if for naught other than its defense.
Morey 2020.

Q:How are they experts when they're always wrong?
A:Ask a stock market analyst or your financial advisor

ehhh Artest > Marion

but the backups really secure Houston and Portland above miami

Dorrell, Beasley, and Jones aren't exactly scrubs. Anyway, who cares about backups, I would trade the listed starters, backups, and their mommas for Wade+Marion

You're missing the point. The OP is talking about SG/SF rotation.
Are you seriously trying to argue that Marion/Wade/Wright/Jones >>> McGrady/Battier/Artest/Barry?

I got a couple that's as good as our rotation if not better...

Excluding the obvious 90s Bulls,

'72 - '73 Knicks: DeBusschere, Monroe, Bradley
'73 - '74 Celtics: Havlicek, Jo Jo White, Nelson, Chaney
'80s Lakers: Worthy, Scott, Cooper, A.C. Green
'80s Celtics: Bird, Dennis J, Ainge
'87 - '88 Pistons: Dumars, Dantley, Rodman, Vinnie J
'90 - '91 Warriors: Mullin, Richmond, Ellie, Marciulionis
'93 - '94 Suns: Barkley, Ceballos, Majerle, Ainge

Yes I'm seriously trying to argue that. Wade by himself is > than TMac + Artest (you can tell cause there's no way in hell Miami would trade Wade for that). How is this even a debate, Houston should take that rotation in a second.

Alston
Wade
Marion
Scola
Yao

??? thats a souped up version of the Heat championship team. Dynasty.

I would say for a 3 year period Tmac was the best player in the L. Granted that was before his back went totally out, and he was in in ORL on junk teams. You can't say that aftrer these playoffs that T mac is better than Paul!!! Paul was MVP of the finals for a reason. He was straight out nasty all playoffs. Tmac has help to. YAO is the best big in the L. When they played each otehr 4 times a year it was always pretty close.Where can I look that up?
