HEAT fan here

Post#1 » by Cloud765 » Thu Sep 4, 2008 2:57 pm

Just wanted to say hello to the Rocket fans. I've never been to Houston, never met any of the players and still, the Houston Rockets are my second favorite team. It's not the stats, it's your chemistry. Every video you can find its Yao, TMac, Raf and Shane just messing around, having fun and doing what they love..playing the game. I'm sure you guys will be knocking on the door of the WCF or even the Finals if the Ron Ron deal works out. I'm also sure he'll straighten himself out, an organization as classy and good as the Rockets was all this dude needed from the start.

It's not exactly a normal thing around here either, everyone remembers the beating the rockets handed us in 05-06 or the injury D-Wade suffered trying to pick Battier's pocket.

I hope your team has a wonderful season and i'll be rooting for you guys in every matchup (except vs the Heat ofcourse  )

Class gesture, on your behalf. Thanks for the kind words.

Looking forward to seeing a healthy D-Wade and Beasley. Should be entertaining ball. Best of luck to you and your team.

Thanks OP,

D-wade is one of my favorite players (even back from the Marquette days). He's a proven winner that tries as hard as the Garnetts/Yaos of the league. If he's less reluctant to his pull up J, which isn't bad, and shoots. Also, if Beasley grows up (mentally), the Heat will be a force in the East.

Thank you and let's hope for a good season for the Miami Heat with a healthy Dwyane Wade and Shawn Marion.

I know you're being nice to the OP, but let's be honest. The heat need a few more pieces before they will be a force in the east. Remember, even though they got Beasley they lost Ricky Davis and Jason Williams. Beasley may be good eventually, but it will take more than a rook to make up for the loss of two starters.

Hey! The bright side is that the Heat can only go up from where they were last year!

Thanks man, the Heat should be fun to watch the upcoming season as well with Wade fully healthy (top 3-5 player) and Beasley who's my ROY.
