Very poor plays by this group of rockets in the last few minutes.. no composure.. even brent barry and scola can't help much.. Durant was dominating, scoring and blocking shots at ease.

The other day my girl asked me what one of my pet peeves were. I didn't have an answer. Tonight...I do. I can't stand it when teams play their starting 5 against another teams scrubs in a preseason game then act as if they won a playoff game or something.

Look I understand the Thunder are in a different place than we are...so playing their starters like if it was a regular season game is probably something they feel is necessary since they aren't gonna win much. But the celebrating got on my nerves. Kevin Durant acting as if he was dominating McGrady, Yao, Battier, and Artest when he was dominating Strawberry, Brooks, Barry is absolutely uncalled for.

What I learned about the Thunder tonight....Kevin Durant is a great player when playing against another team's second unit. I am sorry but this just angered me. Look its fine if you wanna play ur starters at the end of a preseason game...but to act as if you just didn't beat our 2nd and 3rd unit is very stupid.

They are not winning much.. even in preseason, they were 0-3 before this game. Probably just tired of losing.

Well..other than that. On our side. This is the Yao Ming that I like to see. Active on both sides of the floor...sealing his post position and then getting a good shot. He dominated when he was in there...they had to start doubling and we didn't deal with that well. None of our shooters gave Yao a place to pass....we gotta work on that.

Brooks stopped trying to pass and started trying to score and finally looked like a guy that can contribute to this team. Second unit guys made a lot of mistakes. Transition defense was absolutely atrocious...JVG is rolling over in his announcer chair. Gotta be better in that area. Other than that their guys made a lot of tough shots...tonight was probably their night.

Good game, Thunder just wanted it more at the end. It was a perfect game for Thunder , they dont usually make all their shots like that. 2nd unit still needs work, but I like Strawberry and Wafer .

Sorry for the late reply. I got off the computer to go watch the game.

I didn't purchase it, but it was 75X. I don't remember the exact channel. I don't live in the Houston area, so it may have been showing on another channel or not showing at all for you.

Brooks showed some things; but again can he keep it up? thats the problem I necessarily have with him. He can get inconsistent. I liked what I saw from Barry as always, I'm thinking Adelman might just make him the primary backup point guard at least until Francis makes a return.
