legit superstar next to yao... sure i dont like tmac, but i cant deny he was great in orlando... but hes not the same person in houston any who...

For several years the NBA allowed the city of Houston's entire fanbase to play in the NBA with the caveat that they had to be listed as a single player. Thus did Joe Barry Carroll enter the record books.

And that's why LeBron is going to play for New York.

Stop comparing T-Mac when playing in Orlando and Houston. He's playing in 2 complete different system. In Orland he's the primary scorer and the only scorer. Here in Houston he got Yao sharing the duty. Look like Kobe after Shaq traded. He scored more than 40 at ease (81 highest). With Gasol he doesn't score more than 35 as often. Now with both Gasol and Bynum he only scored more than 30 once this season.

yao is soft, and plays like a pussy... but he is still the best player on this team...

As I said elsewhere, reuniting Marbury and Francis on the Rockets can only rejuvenate the magic of that special season they shared in New York.

we have two star players. neither is doing his share. neither is playing well. to say, "i wish we got rid of player A and kept player B," i think, is unfair and biased. of course yao + lebron > yao + tmac, but wouldnt every NBA team benefit from having lebron? i'd prefer t-mac + kg over t-mac + yao anyday, but with t-mac struggling the way hes struggling, its not the time to make the case. and yao, for the record, is struggling mightily as well. his movement on the defensive end is so bad we have a thread dedicated to him getting new shoes! without actually pointing the finger, you are pointing the finger when you ask to ship tmac away, and thats fine. but if you're going to point the finger, IMHO yao needs one pointed at him as well.
