I hate to say this, but I'm going to be rooting for the Lakers on Christmas Day.

If they don't stop the streak, Boston could go to 26 and beyond.

Celtics also had their big 3, for the last 10 games; we didn't have Yao. Ours was much more impressive because even with the health issues we were still rolling.

oh relax guys, our 22 can be broken, only by us. the celtics are a bunch of sissies backed up by a stupid david stern. when their next west trip ends they'll find themselves full of bullet holes... their streak would drop any game before 22, maybe at 21? The big three is impressive, however they are still the weakest champion in the last 20 years except the HEAT.

it's only the 2nd longest
most people will not remember that
we remember now because it's our team and it's not long ago (less than a year)
after a few year nobody will remember

Its the 2nd longest winning streak in NBA HISTORY. The longest in modern professional basketball. I think thats pretty darn special. People will remember this for quite a while, i believe.

I'm definitely rooting for the lakers this christmas. I dont think we can catch them anyway.

Like Max said, it's the 2nd longest winning streak. 2nd, people. It doesn't matter what the circumstances are, you never root for another Western contender when your team is under the hunt.

I rather see another LA loss and which can hopefully help us down the stretch.

There is nothing to break. Besides...the Celts play the right way. So I have no problems with them having the second best streak in NBA history.

the fact that we didnt w/o one our stars for 9 games(i think) makes our streak better
