Guys.. Aldridge for Landry + Hayes?

Post#1 » by CuttingEdge » Thu Jan 1, 2009 6:56 pm

That Portland Fan proposed Outlaw and a 2nd pick for Landry.. I honestly want Aldridge. He's a long 6'11 guy that can shoot it and grab rebounds Landry's 6'7 ass couldn't get no matter how much he tries. Aldridge for Hayes, Head, and Landry is good for our team.

They are not going to give us Aldridge. Now we got Artest I don't want Outlaw anymore. We need hustler and rebounder more than shooter.

Q:How are they experts when they're always wrong?
A:Ask a stock market analyst or your financial advisor

Outlaw aint bad. I'm watching the Portland / Boston game and he can hustle. Dunk and such but he doesnt have a bangers body. He's 2 1/2" taller than Landry because Landry's like 6' 6 1/2" at most and I think I might want to do that Travis Outlaw + 2nd pick trade. Outlaw got game..

Nooo,Portland would never to it. Houston in a nanosecond.
Outlaw is a dreaded tweener, not strong enough to hang w/PFs,not good enough defensively for the SF. But he can shoot-and shoot 3s. Because of salary a trade of Outlaw for Wafer and Landry would work. I would do that ONLY IF Dorsey is ready to contribute 15 or so minutes. Outlaw would help anchor second unit and since he floats outside he'd leave the low post for Artest. A second unit of Brooks,Barry,Artest,Outlaw,Dorsey could be pretty darn good-as a second unit. And only if Dorsey is ready.

They would ask much more for Lamarcus.

You're going to have to throw in one or more souls in that deal with the devil.
