Running Music

Post#1 » by tha_rock220 » Sun Jan 18, 2009 6:04 am

I'm running in the stupid marathon tomorrow, and I'm just now loading up my iPod with music. I need to go to bed pretty quickly. I was hoping for some input as to what songs you like to listen to when you're running/working out. I need roughly 3 hours worth of music.

Hmm, depends on what type of music you like. Do you prefer rock or rap?

I like to listen to T.I. when I lift or run.

T.I. - Whatever You Like
T.I. - Dead and Gone
T.I. - Big Things Poppin
T.I. - What You Know
Q. Amey - Like Dat
Q. Amey - Slurpee

Hope you have good earphones for bass. Bass pumps me up.

Good luck tomorrow, it should be a great experience.

Saliva - Ladies and Gentleman

Don't know if your into trance but songs like Adagio for Strings by Tiesto can be good

i wound up with a lot of t.i. and 3 days grace. i also used the rocky music(that hearts on fire song from 4) and a bunch of other stuff. I'm not really sure why i thought I only needed 3 hours. After 3 hours i was at the 20 mile mark and only about half way done.

BTW, I saw a sign around mile 8 that said "Tracy McGrady would have quit miles ago.".

Ugh, that and Enter Sandman are the two worst running songs ever. I can't hear them without breaking into a sprint and trying to hurdle everything in sight - kills my pacing.
Morey 2020.

Q:How are they experts when they're always wrong?
A:Ask a stock market analyst or your financial advisor
