Although Kobe would not admit afterwards, you could tell that the sickness was limiting him in game 1. He didn't have the same energy. Even Shane said after game 2, he had the same looks in game 1 as game 2, he was just feeling better game 2 and able to drive more. I definitely don't think Kobe's game 3 will be like game 2, but it will be clloser to Game 2 than Game 1.

You Lakers fans are just so cute! Any coincidence that you're both ballboys with under 30 posts? I think not.

He was just in a zone , if he continues to get his points by jumpshots like now I am not worried.
He can't be this hot all the time , and on our homecourt the crowd won't have an orgasm everytime he makes it and shakes his head.

If he starts driving you know he gonna get the calls thats when I am worried.

Mavs fan here. The Rockets showed great sportsmanship in this series so far, you get my full support. Everyone knows the Fakers is favored to win, but the Rockets just need to play hard and have some fun! If winning a game takes couple elbow to be thrown and many disgraceful plays to happen, winning isn't everything. The Rockets has been playing for the real meaning and purpose of a basketball game. I wish the Rockets the best luck to make an upset happen.

Beat LA, F Kobe!

FJS, just want to let you know that many Rockets fans were rooting for your Jazz over those darn Lakers. As much as we hate each other, it's good to see that we have a greater common enemy out there.

I don't really hate Rockets as a team, players or fan base.
I know there's some rivality, but this is a show about our teams can compete. I mean, there's no rivality between wolves and thunder.
Said that, every fan use to defend their team and bash another team and fans, but I there's some players in your team I really like. Yao, Battier, Scola, Artest... and I respect a lot Adelman.

Good luck!

Just wanted to wish you guys GREAT luck in your series against the Lakers. I think you guys can really pull this series win off. I LOVE Ron Artest (ever since his St. Johns days, I wanted the Knicks to take him instead of . . . Fredrick Weis, ugh).

Beat those LA Fakers into the ground.

Artest and Battier have the toughness and will to make Kobe want to take these games into his own hands, and when Kobe does that, his team suffers (see the 2006 Lakers).

I love how Artest is bringing back the Anthony Mason style of shaving logos into his head.

GO ALL OUT FOR YOUR HOME GAMES. YOU CAN DO THIS.

Thanks man.
somehow this series reminds me of the Jordan VS ewing series, one marketing favorite against marketing underdog, though i had to say Jordan is of more class, of higher game ability, and another difference is that rockets is going to win.

so who's jordan and who's ewing then?
its ok to break some rules once in a while...

Now that my Spurs are gone, my championship will be watching the Lakers get eliminated.

Their "fans" arrogance is off the charts annoying.

Please beat them three more times.

Who's Going to stop Kobe?

Battier

No, we're supposed to let Kobe shoot and just make sure others don't get involved. Our Game 1 defense is the defense we're gonna have to play to win the series.
