It can't be a fake thread if it exists. I see it, others see it, therefore it must exist, although one could argue that since we are all merely vibrating, bubbles of energy rubbing against each other to produce the illusion we call 'reality', then in fact this thread is nothing more than one aspect of said illusion, so from that perspective perhaps it doesn't exist after all. Then again, the mere fact that the illusion itself is clearly visible could mean that in essence it does exist, even if only in the form of an illusion.

Perhaps the definition you were searching for was 'joke' thread, since that would appear to be more relevant to it's actual nature than the alternative that was chosen.

Either way, Go Rockets!
