Plays with Penny, Kobe, Wade, and now Lebron.

The offseason gets more interesting.

Penny wasnt worth more then a "penny" lol

Not sure if it'll help em but they gave up so little that even Shaq isn't able to help they essentially have the same team had the NBA most regular season wins. Good last ditch effort for Cleveland to try and keep LeBron. Hope it works..but relying on a 37 year old rarely does.

Can't wait to see all the fights Varejao and Shaq get into during practice. Who knows maybe Shaq will help sideshow bob grow a set. That's why they got killed against the Magic, wth keeps a **** in there to guard the best center in the nba. Oh wait....the Coach of the year, Mike Brown. Ben wallace played D12 way better than the Varejao.

I think you guys underrate this trade big time. A "real" big man was the missing piece for CLE, and one of the main reasons why they lost to ORL because Varejao and Big Z couldn't guard D12 1on1, but Shaq can (the other reason is their small backcourt outside of Lebron vs Lewis/Hedo). Now you can stay on ORL's shooters and they won't shoot like 1000% on 3's against you.

It'll be definitely interesting to see Shaq/LeBron as the new two punch duo. The deals also still keeps their flexibility in being players in the 2010 FA.

What's nicest about it for Cleveland is that they have a secondary legit C as Shaq's backup. They should both be able to play 24 minutes a night.

You guys wouldnt want to do a sign and trade of Artest for a package with your choice of Varejao, Gibson, Hickson, Jackson and picks would you? That sure would help us match up with VC a little better.
