The following is the part that get me to

At that moment, the 4 of us at the table realized the obvious: this nice man had me confused with someone else. It's always difficult when you have these situations, especially when someone so politely and enthusiastically approaches you and you don't want to embarrass them. However, in this case, as in many others, you have no choice but to correct them, because they are so far off on their assumptions and the conversation and run a little wild. Therefore, I politely stopped him and said "Excuse me, but you've confused me with someone else, since I've never played in Boston or Los Angeles and (at least at the time of writing this blog) I've never been traded...., so it appears as if you've got the wrong guy." Visibly embarrassed, our new friend said, "You mean you're not Trevor Ariza?!" Ha, ha!! If you could have seen the looks on the faces of my teammates!! (and I imagine mine also!) I really didn't know how to answer him at this point, but I said, "Trevor is black, with short hair and 30 tattoos!!" The incident was hilarious! We laughed our heads off and the man took it well, but right before taking off he said "Sorry, I was confused; I know you're Scola" and (then looking at Shane) he said "and I also know who you are. You're the one who played at North Carolina". NOOOO!. It was unbelievably funny! (This is something you NEVER say to someone from Duke!) We laughed more and the man eventually went back to his table, but we'll never forget that one!
