You all hate on Tmac so much, how about a trade which gives you Michael Redd for Tmac? Discuss

Redd is a poor man's TMAC on a longer contract, so... No...

Re: Tmac for Michael Redd
Not all of us "hate on" McGrady; but even his most vocal critics realize that sacrificing cap space for a guy with a longer contract and history of injuries is the definition of silliness.
Something to realize about our GM: he won't make panic moves, and he won't make a move just for the sake of a move. McGrady is more valuable to this team as an expiring, and when he comes back from his injury, even if he is only at 70-80% of what he was, then he'd be more valuable on the court than Redd.

Exactly. A poor-man version with longer contract is definitely not worth doing.
