It was the final game of Adriatic league between two big rivals, Partizan from Serbia (black) and Cibona from Croatia (white).
The worst thing was the game was played on Cibonas' home court, you can actually hear how the arena goes from out-of-control to silent when Dušan Kecman hit that 3pointer
