Vipers win NBA D-League Title

Post#1 » by TXSun » Wed Apr 28, 2010 4:45 pm

Great success story for the Rockets and Vipers. They joined forces this year and all they did was win a championship and have a record 10 NBA call-ups. The Vipers are my local team and I was there last night to witness history. In fact everyone was there last night, Daryl Morey was there (Rocket's GM), VS tv was there, NBA TV was there. It was a great atmosphere considering this is a very small venue holding no more than 6,300 fans. And you could of not asked for a better ending, UT alumni Craig Winder wins it with a 3 pointer as time expires. Here are some links for you guys to look at, enjoy.

OR...It's like being better than nothing. It's even better than everything. They won their ring. It ain't your ring. It ain't mine. But it took hurt and sacrifice and pain and the VIPers won the championiship of their league. HayHah. They did it.

Quit being a cynic for the few seconds long enough to be proud of...

...the heart.

Hat's off, fellers.
