Jordan Hill will stay unless he's part of an Andre Iguodala or CP3 deal. I think Hill will play well as a back up to Scola and playing with Yao.

If we could get Oden, he would be our 5 of the future. Get his body right and he can play.

I think I'd personally trade Granger if we got back Hill, Brooks, Budinger, AND either Ariza or Battier. But that's about the only way I'd even start to consider it.

Another Injury prone center? Their is nothing that leads me to believe that Oden would ever be health. He missed his full rookie season and has yet to play a full season and every injury is based around his legs. I believe Les would not go threw the same thing again if Yao is done as a Rockets.

Add in a swap of Jared Jeffries (a Bloomington, Indiana native and ex-Hoosier) for TJ Ford (a Houston native and ex-Longhorn)

2 to HOU: Granger, Ford
5 to IND: Brooks, Ariza, Budinger, Hill, Jeffries

Rockets
F: Danny Granger, Shane Battier (expiring), Mike Harris (expiring)
F: Luis Scola, Patrick Patterson, Chuck Hayes (expiring), Alexander Johnson (expiring)
C: Yao Ming (expiring), Brad Miller, David Andersen
G: Kyle Lowry, TJ Ford(expiring),
G: Kevin Martin, Jermaine Taylor

Pacers
F: Trevor Ariza, Chase Budinger, Paul George, MIke Dunleavy (expiring)
F: Troy Murphy (expiring), Tyler Hansbrough, Jared Jeffries (expiring)
C: Roy Hibbert, Jordan HIll, Jeff Foster (expiring)
G: Aaron Brooks (expiring), AJ Price
G: Brandon Rush, Dahntay Jones, Lance Stephenson
Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming

^I like that deal but at this stage of there career's I think I'd rather give up Battier than Ariza. But the Indy board is said to want a star for Granger. Its the classic class of "only wanting a better player back for my teams only good player". If we ask them what they'd want for him we'd be asked to giveup Martin, Brooks, Budinger, and pick(s). Thats the kind of overpayment Indy fans would say "thats how much he would cost".

Funny thing is that you and the other fans have no control over the franchise so it is rather humorous that you state "Ha Hell no we are NOT taking Jordan Hill". Specially when it comes down to what the front office thinks and wants.
I don't see why you are so strongly against Hill who is a good banger at the 4. Sure he is a raw player and needs some more grooming but he is only 22 years old a sophomore in the NBA. I myself like Hill but since they drafted Patterson and did not trade his rights tells me that he is staying. Specially since it was rumored that they wanted to trade up to get him. Also the resigning of Scola to a 5 yr deal that averages out $9.4 mil a year means there is not room for Hill.

I meant hell no our team shouldn't take Jordan Hill. We got Speights, and the deal for iggy wouldn't work you'd have to give up something more in contracts to match Iggy's fatass deal.
