Mad Max

Post#1 » by Mr. E » Sat Jul 31, 2010 3:48 am

Dude - did any of you ever meet this guy? I met him one night out at the original Cabo on Shepherd. He was hanging out with Sam Cassell. Sam was grinning like an idiot all night, happy to meet, shake hands and talk to anyone who walked up to him. The whole time Mad Max was right there next to him, slumped down on the bar with a look in his eyes that would make Satan piss his pants!

He may have been the scariest human being I had ever encountered.

Sticky this thread and give it 36 hours. Everybody in Houston has been intimidated by Mad Max at some point...usually at a gas station.

PLUS, if you wait 2 pages, eventually the thread will devolve into a "who woulda won in '94" wankathon with the phrase "Jordan stopper" used at least 3 times.

I love this time of year. Knicks fans and MadMax memories. Clockwork.

There's only one team who could have beaten Houston in 1994...

The 1985 Chicago Bears.

I think Carl Herrera would have made an excellent tight end.

I hope so. 'Cause he sure made a crappy power forward.

If you say Mad Max in the mirror 3 times, he will come out and strangle you with his bare hands
