While this is perhaps debatable, I honestly don't see how you can say it given that this particular analysis requires a direct comparison to Brooks. Lowry, for all his lack-of-consistent-J, will a) play less turnover-style basketball than Brooks b) will look to get other people the ball.

Therefore, as a finisher, I prefer him infinitely over Brooks. In the game I just watched Yao came on with 6min to go, got one shot in the post, and that was all he sniffed on the offensive end for the rest of the night. It was all Brooks running around dribbling and hoisting 3's. If that's the complimentary part to Yao we prefer over Lowry, then I am really missing something w.r.t. how this team is meant to function.
