I'll have to watch this game again but i'm still not convinced we are a good enough defensive team to make the playoffs. But this game officially gave us (false?) hope. 4 in a row is good news no matter what the competition.

there's still some of you who think we can make the playoffs? any small chance we had went away with shane and brooks. doesnt mean i want us to tank, not for this years draft. just win as many games we can and hope some big free agent signs with us, or a big trade.

I'm amazed we won this game. I saw the first half, a bit into the third, didn't really want to watch anymore since we were down big, and went to go watch the Heat/Knicks game. Then I check the boxscore at the end, and we WON? Good stuff, still don't think we'll make the playoffs, but we're not getting a high pick either, so might as well try I suppose.

You mean Shane, the guy who is extremely limited offensively and overrated defenisvely...and Aaron, the guy shooting 0.350 on the season? Yeah we're dying without them.

don't know exactly what is going on in 3rd and beginning of 4th quarter
i was streaming the game (muted) and watching oscar on the tv at the same time
i just saw martin hit some shots
my guess is david west didn't score much in the 2nd half for them
cause he was dominate in the 1st half

i wish we are tanking and get a top 10 pick
but reality is ... if you stop trying to win
you will make it into a habit and not play hard all the time
one thing i like about this team is they always play hard
we can still play hard and lost if we give more playing time to our young players (which it's not going to happen under adelman)
adelman is still trying for the 8th seed
i'm hoping phoenix can get the 8th seed (better pick for us)

overrated my ass, the best defender on kobe (was the best) , he does need a defensive big like everyone else, his defense aint gonna be much w/o it especially in his 30s. and brooks fits the system way better than lowry. lowry is an inconsistent shooter, brooks can shoot lights out, that's wat the pg needs to do in rick's system. its too bad he got injured. ginobli goes so daam hard even with 1 second on the clock, punk bitch

I think we'll miss Battier for sure. There is no question that our defense got worse with his departure. Look at the wings we played the last 2 games... morrow/sasha and Ariza/Marcolini  Wait until we play someone who competent, i think we're going to be in a world of hurt with Martin and Budinger.

But Brooks? Addition by subtraction. I dont miss him shooting 2-11 every game.
