2 games in a row Kevin Martin came through in winning time, I'm impressed.

When you combine the injuries, trades, and lack of size we've had to overcome I feel good about our team next year and the fact that we can play well w/out having to worry about a certain player being healthy. I still think we need a legit number 1 and a defensive center, but I feel a lot better now then I did halfway through the season

That's exactly how I felt last year.

Re: [Game 77] Houston vs. Atlanta
Backing up a good win with another. Teams that have a playoff spot become complacent at this time of year. A good way to sneak a few wins in.
I was really impressed with Chuck Wagon. He better be in H-town for a while. He is now less of an offensive liability, and can bang bodies with the biggest and the baddest in the league. He is so underrated as a player. I think other teams will take great interest in signing him, or making it painful to re-sign for us.
If only we got a few more wins b4 the A/S break, we could be in a really good position right now. I think we could make a serious run this year, (at least to the West finals, provided we avoid the Lakers!) We are coming real good at the right time, but is it to little to late?
Go Rockets.

Re: [Game 77] Houston vs. Atlanta
i always think this team can't beat Spurs (in close game) and Hawks (too athletic for us)
prove me wrong in the last 2 games
imagine if we actually play this well since 1/1/11 instead after the all-star break
i waved the white flag after i learned that Yao is out of the season and Brooks was out a month
i hate to see team stuck at #9-10 seed missed the playoff and get mid 1st round pick every year
i hate to see team tank too (will build up bad habit)
it's great to see our team always played hard (thanks you Hayes, Lowry, and Scola)
i think it got to Martin as well, now you see him actually playing defense
this year draft has no sure thing anyway (LeBron, Duncan, Shaq - Kobe, KG aint sure thing that's why they aint #1 pick)
we can draft Kyrie Irving and Derrick Williams and hope they can become a superstar
but that could take 2-3 years
i think Les buy into 2004 Pistons team (team with no superstar)
Nuggets been playing well in the same boat as well
forget dynamic duo or big 3
we are super 8

they have to be on something cuz no one can think we're good enough to do anything in the playoffs. it's a miracle if we make the playoffs, especially right now. i wish i had w/e they have, sounds like it's really good. the stuff that rich rappers and ballers smoke. only logical reason they can do what they do. when they smoke they say things like ...
"i'm the best player in the world. ya thats right, me, ME! KYLE MOTHA F****N LOWRY! NOT KOBE BRYANT. Its KYLE MOTHA F****N LOWRY! get it right bitches. ima start shootin 3s and make them buckets in yo face bitch. that's how i do's it."

First of all...

Second of all, have faith in your Rockets. It over till it's over. It ain't likely, but it ain't over.

Delusional or not, the Rockets going to the playoffs would be too much fun. I wait with baited breath for the conclusion of the next few games.
I don't rationally think they can catch up to the Hornets, but if they do, it would be quite the season. I hope the rockets exceed the expectations of the general public. They have certainly exceeded mine.
The NBA should not be allowed to field their own team in the frigging playoffs. That's just many different kinds of stupid. Our team should do our part to end that folly. We may be short on height, but we are one with righteousness.
If we do make the playoffs, I want the Lakers. I like my dinner hot.
I want Adelman to finally knock off PJackson in the playoffs. I want Rick to end his career like (H)Akeem ended Kupchek's many moons ago.

I'll pass. The 94/95 teams didn't go through Seattle, but those trophies tasted just as sweet.
