T-Will
How much do you guys value his services?
Do you consider him a part of your young core?
What would it take for you to part with him, realistically?

Re: T-Will
It's hard to say at this point as we're going through a coaching change. If this were two months ago I would have said it doesn't appear like he has much a future in Houston. But the next coach may be able to utilize him better than Adelman. So his value may go up next year, who knows? Based on the limited action I've seen him in, I would not be in favor of taking minutes away from Courtney Lee in favor him. But then again, that opinion is coming from a very small test sample. In conclusion, I would part with him for no less than what it took to get him, a mid-late 1st rounder.

Re: T-Will
Interesting.
Thank you College Boy.
Would an expiring Ronny Turiaf (4.3M) and cash (3M) to pay most of his salary be of any interest?
Landry Fields (most Knick fans have an inflated sense of worth about the guy but I think he's a decent player with very limited upside)?
Derrick Brown and Andy Rautins?
Or maybe Toney Douglas?
Again, I'm just gauging interest here.

As far as I'm concerned, any move from here on should be in the interest consolidation. We have too many good role players, it's time to trade in the change for some paper money.

I think we will see how Terrance plays next year. I think Terrance needs a coach that will let him play to his strengths, and allow mistakes from time to time. I think we will make a few moves this offseason and he will still be on the roster, with a chance to prove himself.

Re: T-Will
Not for another role player. We do not need anymore guard help and/or PFs. We do need a SF but none of which might be available are worth trading for. Rockets need to trade for high picks or a superstar.

Landry Fields would be awesome as a Rocket. He has shown much more than T-Will has.
He would start over Budinger at SF (his real position not SG)

While Fields is the better player ATM, he only has role player upside. Williams has the tools to be much more

Everything College Boy said I agree with.
I am hoping that Williams responds better to the next coaching staff. This year will be the defining moment in his career. I would not move him now for Turiaf, Fields or any combo of those other guys. Expirings aren't exactly a big selling point to us, for the record.

Does the brain count as a tool? I want T-WIll to succeed but Fields has shown he belongs in the league over a full season (despite his poor playoff performance). T-Will has not shown that yet.

Re: T-Will
The team should develop him as a point forward. The guy plays 3 positions, knows how to orchestrates the offense, and has a tremendous upside. I think it's too early to trade him.

If he shows the wherewithal to run whatever offense we will inevitably run efficiently, he could be a HUGE help to us. But until he shows that he is improving his jumper, I want to hear no further comments about or from him.

I'll even accept them putting top five protection on the pick.

I think i have more faith in Thabeet than Twill.
But i suspect that's because i haven't seen Thabeet play enough yet.
