Any news? He's still on Houston Rockets' plan? He's ready for next season?

not much news on him, he's still rehabbing. no timetable set for his return. i forget what he said exactly about next season, but if he's not ready by next season or the first month or two, he'll retire.

i think we should re-sign him, to a minimum contract. 1 year or 2-3 years, unguaraanteed after 1st year. i'm sure he wont ask for a big contract, he's a great guy like that.

here's a recent picture of him. he is out of shape, but IF he can play next season, he will lose the weight. he's supposed to be out of shape anyway, he's been injured for awhile and hasnt played nba since november.

i'm expecting at least one trade in the offseason. it doenst look like we're gonna go in full rebuld mode (morey and les said it themselves). with morey being cheap as hell, there's no way he's gonna have a 3rd string pg take up 3.5mil. dragic or flynn is getting traded. and he acknowledged having too much depth can be a bad thing.

Actually, i think the longer the lockout, the better for Yao. If the season only has 50 or so games and starting in January, i wouldn't mind. I think Yao could possibly return by then. At least the other players will be pretty rusty when the season starts, so at least Yao isn't as far behind though he will still be far behind. :-)

p.s: this assumes he decides or whether the Rox decide to re-sign him obviously.

Can we make Yao a temporary assistant coach like Dallas did with Kurt Thomas when he was injured. That way we can re-sign Chuck and when Yao is ready we can cut Thabeet or Parsons or T-Will to make room for him.

We should definitely cut Parsons if Yao can come back.

That's like throwing 1.5 million down the drain.

I'd like him coming off the bench.

i dont know why, but i saw parsons play a few times in college and i have a feeling parsons will eventually become a rotation player..maybe not next year or even for us, but eventually...

hopefully though next season marcus morris(after a few days i've talked myself into like him as a pick) can play some 3 and t-will matures and shares backup minutes at sf with morris and bud so we don't have too many minutes for parsons(he has the least potential in my opinion)

i duno though, our team has too many players that deserve at least spot minutes...morey needs to get a trade done...hopefully flynn hill and scola are the ones to go

aint nothin wrong with man boobs unless you trying to show them off or if they're huge. he's sposed to be fat right now. he can lose the weight easily like he always does, same with (almost) every other nba player. let him be a fat ass, it's fun as hell.

cause of the economy i've been eatin anywhere between 1-2 meals a day (saves money and time). since i eat like that, at least one of hte meals has to be big. lemme tell you, i get the most insane foodgasms eating these big ass meals. mmm mmm mmm.
