Me too. The Suns would be warm to this considering Hill was at ASU too.

UA not ASU.
Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming

Like I said in the previous thread (the offseason one), the Suns are looking to trade Robin Lopez to get back a backup point guard and starting shooting guard. Aaron Brooks is uncertain right now w/ re-signing so who knows what will happen. Suns have too many centers so no room for Lopez. Considering Rockets have 3rd string Flynn and 3rd string TWilliams, it would only make sense to swap these four players:

LOPEZ/PIETRUS for FLYNN/WILLIAMS

Hill for Lopez wouldn't flow well for Suns. Again, they want back a PG or SG cause they have too many centers and powers (Gort/Frye/Lawal/Siler/Warrick and new draftee Markieff Morris)

Flynn has basketball skills, Hill is just an athlete

I'm starting to think that Lopez sucks and would be a downgrade over Hill. It's obvious after watching some Phoenix games how useless this guy is on the court even when he's 'healthy'... I mean comon, look at how much the Suns improved when Gortat was added to the starting lineup.

I think that's also due to the fact that Gortat is a much better player. But nonetheless, I agree, Lopez would just add another one of those mediocre big men that aren't really starting caliber, and more suited to coming off the bench. That being said, I'd trade Flynn for him.

Lopez is mediocre and has little to no value.

I see no reason to add him to this roster. He isnt better than Chuck and Id rather have Hill play "development" minutes at the five than Lopez.
