This just made me realize that Portland ended up with a slightly lesser version of Penny.
Morey 2020.

Q:How are they experts when they're always wrong?
A:Ask a stock market analyst or your financial advisor

Dream is one of the best 5 players overall in NBA history, in terms of dominance and skillset. He had ZERO weaknesses in his game. He could dribble, handle the ball, pass, post up, run, block, steal, be the leader, score in crunch time, shoot from mid-long range, overpower, etc. But his shots repertoire was only equaled by MJ.

Had he a had a better team around him in the late 80s early 90s, Rockets would have won a few more rings.

But he is still, probably, the most underrated player in NBA history. Everybody cites MJ, Magic, Bird, Wilt, Duncan, Shaq and others, when they talk about the best players ever (even tho a few, like Russell, are overrated); but Hakeem is only remembered as a "skilled center" instead of one of the most dominant ever.

Big props to Shaq & MJ for recognizing him as what he was; one the 5/10 best players in NBA history.
