Dragic was fantastic on offense but man he cannot stay in front of anyone on D. He's real creative with his dribble drives though.
Courtney Lee was aggressive from the opening possession. That forced the Grizz to change the defensive plan and got Dragic more space to operate.
I'm not real familiar with Patterson's night in-night out game, but he plays scared on offense. It's weird because he's very assertive and physical on defense--he did very well switching where Scola couldn't--but he shot like he expected his shot to miss. Is that normal for him?
Camby is noticeably slower on defensive switches and backside help but he still has his exceptional timing. He was basically a detriment on offense until the final 4 possessions when he got those tip-ins in heavy traffic. Dalembert looked like he was sick or something, played with little energy. He did stick a nice baseline jumper when the team really needed it.
Tony Allen deserved to be ejected for that blatant trip. He already had a T for two delay of games that my 6-year old son knows better than to do. They could have called him for two other flagrants too, one of them for pimp slapping Lee on a late play where no foul was called and Allen was trying to get called for a foul. Every timeout I watched him and he was always yapping at his teammates and coaches and other than Mayo the entire Grizzlies team was ignoring him or trying to get away from him. Dude is strong on D though.
It's not whether you win or lose, it's how good you look playing the game
