Houston Rockets Re-Brand

Post#1 » by P34 » Mon May 14, 2012 5:14 am

Hi All,

I'm currently running a blog with my own NBA jersey designs. This time I've gone the extra mile and done my own Re-Brand, returning the team to the Ketchup and Mustard colours. Hope you like it. I've done some designs for other team too so if you're into Apparel design you should stop by and check it out. It's early days but going good.

In addition to these, I Also to designed my own logo. which you can find at the blog.

Nice job. I don't really like the style for this team though.

Kinda reminds me of the Hawks for some reason.

If we do re-brand I would hope we go to the thinner shoulder... these wide shoulder designs look uncomfortable and idk almost girly. Maybe its cause im starting to see players like Patterson roll theirs up. I know they irritated me.

I think the best we could do is just go classic with the 80's early 90's jerseys... just make it permanent home and away.

sorry, but the logo look like a ripoff from before the champ and after the champ
i prefer just stick with the logo one (when we won the champ)
jersey font need some work
it's just too simple

I like the minimalist approach and I like how you used the appropriate colors at the right areas. If there's one thing I'd like to change, I'd get rid of the logo around the waist area.

Overall, I think they look fantastic. Do you have the alternate jersey?

I would like maybe a black jersey similar to the Heat. And the letter/number trimming red. That'd be so intimidating!!!

Nice overall. I like the rockets logo at the waist, but what about taking the logo off the short leg? Now that would be minimalism at its best. Also, in the jersey back. What if the number was centered in the back? What does it look like without that box in the back?
