this thread is 4 hours late btw

patterson has 3 straight 20pt games. last 3 games avg 23pts, 6rbs, 1blk/stl, 2 3sper game with crazy fg, ft and 3pt efficients and low tos. i know its only 3 games, but still first time in his career he did this. 8 straight games in double figures. the only thing he hasnt done this season is grab a double double! he needs to get on top of that. but anyway he's running away with the starting pf spot.

lin only had one game where he shot under 50% which was 43%. hasnt scored a lot but still shooting a lot better

asik is a baller. morris got his minutes stolen from delfino, good thing delfino had a good game. those two should be competing for minutes hopefully.

what happened to milsap? i thougth he'd go off us

New here but also a longtime lurker. I missed the game because I had work but glad to hear that Lin had a really good game. I was beginning to lose whatever little confidence I had in him but he's looked good these past few games statistically.

31 points from 3 bench players tonight (glad to see Delfino play strong in his return), very nice. Morris seemed lacking though but expected some sluggish nights with this being his first year getting minutes.

Looks like Harden had a rough game, 18 points on 16 shot attempts and 5 turnovers. Can anyone fill me in on what happened there?

I made the next game thread. Not exactly at the standard we have come to expect nowadays. But a good effort nonetheless.

If I don't make a Post Game Thread in time - make one! :D

2:30-2:35 Lin scores and as they hustle back, you see Harden smiling and saying something behind Lin ~ I definitely see a bright future for Lin & Harden, just being the ultimate shredder back-court, playing off each other and scoring nonstop - parsons asik scoring nonstop.. and the 5th... I personally like Delfino the most as the 5th only because:

- maturity
- stability
- can dunk, 3, rebound, sometimes goes ninja and pulls up with a steal tip extra hustle, with veterans they know when to turn on the afterburners at certain points in the game.
- other than that suspect 1st step back, which gets a out-of-bounds call occasionally.
- Noticed him last year and thought he was undervalued and underappreciated perhaps the makeup bothers people, but the guy makes his team better without looking at the boxscore

thats just me.

rookies are inconsistent, dont got a seasonal rhythm or weekly rhythm or perhaps they just dont yet grasp how hard they have to work to become consistently effective. and all the other things that go into preparation, ice baths, massage work, eating, eating, eating, sleeping, shot practice, film practice, teamwork practice, drills, interval training, weight training, etc

If anyone isn't tracking J.Lin

Some very very interesting trends in the last 4 games.

http://www.basketball-reference.com/pla ... elog/2013/

FG % in last 4 games: 50%, 77% 43% and finally last night 57% For all intents and purposes I definately see his shooting returning to above 50% although based on the last few games I can see him shooting close to 60%

3P% = 50% all last 4 games.

fave dunk of the night.

agression - loved it, this teams starting to show what it can do, especially against a jazz team that did a number on us last game, and tried to emulate the thunder initially.
