Robert Covington biggest Sleeper in draft?

If the Houston Rockets decide to try this guy as a 2-3 like what was done with Chandler Parsons. This could be the biggest sleeper in the entire 2013 draft. No doubt the team is deep at the 2-3 but he has attributes that are going to challenge each and every player ahead of him on the depth chart.
Houston did not draft him but signed him to a 2year offer sheet showing their belief in their metrics of him being a Rocket for some time.
