[Game 3] Rockets vs Jazz - Game Thread

quick notes about the Jazz broadcast
- said the Rockets are not a championship team because they don't have a third scorer
- saying twin towers will not work
- continually emphasized how the Jazz were destroying the Rockets on the boards, a lot more quiet about this in the 2nd half
- made fun of Parsons being the Rockets top scorer in the 1st half
- said that Lin was outplayed in the preseason and therefore benched
- constantly clamoring for Hack-a-Howard during the 4th quarter even within the 2 minute range.

Loved how their tone slowly turned sour through the 2nd half

they are jealous , good luck with their hayward,kanter,favors nucleus average team for the next decade

they are right about 2 things we are not contenders right now and also twin towers will not work

See the funny thing is that is a damn good nucleus. Very talent very young with lots of potential. Then sprinkle in Alec Burk and Trey Burkes and makes one bright future

Lastly, you can watch the game again. Worrell was very negative on Jeremy at the start of the game. He mentioned that Jeremy need to watch his turnovers, that was fair. However, he didn't need to remind everybody that Jeremy turns the ball over a lot and he had 6 TO the previous game. This is to me unfair and hypocritical when he never mention Harden's big time TO. James has 14 TO in 3 games vs Jeremy 11 TO.

The difference is that Harden is an extremely effective player in spite of his turnovers, while Jeremy would be an extremely effective player if his turnovers were lower instead of just "a bit above average".

It's like saying "Howard would be unbelievably dominant if he shot 68% on freethrows" vs. "Howard is dominant, but it would be nice if he hit for more than .500 given that he takes 9 a game, as it's effectively 2ppg he's missing out on, and 2ppg on margin of victory is HUGE"
