Brewer and Rubio would swipe at everyone driving in the lane. They're good at that.
Sometimes instead of kickball, they get rewarded for a steal.

Also, did anyone notice Wolves put Brewer to guard Lin.
McHale put Lin to guard K. Martin?

mcfail defense assignment is nba 2k default
c guard c
pf guard pf
sf guard sf
sg guard sg
pg guard pg
lin is sg
martin is sg
so lin guard martin

Re: [Game#14] Rockets vs Timberwolves - Game Thread
I thought Lin did a good job on Martin. Actually I think Adelman made a mistake trying to use Martin to post Lin. Lin isn't that small of a guard, and post moves aren't exactly Martin's forte.
I'm a TJones believer now though. He seems to impress me more every game. I think he compliments Howard perfectly. He's cutting when he notices his defender turn their back, he's hitting the glass, he's running out and contesting 3's, throwing lobs, knocking down jumpers, finishing at the rim. I hope he can keep his motor high as he starts logging these heavy minutes.
AB is AB. Those circus shots man... would've been a fun game to be at for sure.
... except for the refs. They missed a lot of what I would consider obvious calls.

T Jones playing great. I would keep him as the starter for the rest of the season.

Jeremy's head after getting hit. You would think it was Jeremy fighting Rios tonight.

Lottery pick would be sweet if Morey could swing it.

Morey wants Asik to play Back up Center.
Asik knows he would get more money on his next contract as a starter. Asik will probably be around 29 years old by then, he will be in his prime.

we only win because brooks is hot
not taking care of ball and no defense
yeah and how many games we lost just because the opponents(usually nobodys) suddenly become hot? Perhaps all of our losses were such a case

At certain moments, always unforeseen, I become happy…
I look at strangers near as if I had known them all my life…
everything fills me with affection…
It may be an hour before the mood passes,
but ultimately I seem to understand
no more space in sig

these are nba players they can hit those shots
blake is because of bad defense
if you leave them open they will knock it down
getting steal or block is not good defense
steal is mostly gambling
block, most if weak side help, usually mean you left your guy open
a good blocker will block the shot and hit it to your teammate
contesting every opponent shot is good defense
this team is too young they care too much about stats
