Can the Rockets just replace McHale and get a coach that make everyone accountability.

I like McHale as a person and he undoubtedly has a lot of appeal to many of our players (and others).

Now...if some guy working as an analyst who lives in Houston who always sounds like he wants to come back here to coach were available, then that's a different story! ;)

That said - I don't see McHale leaving. What I'd realistically like to see is Chris Finch being elevated to the lead assistant.
