Bit drunk but when I saw it it seemed like he stopped his dribble before even getting to the trap. Just seemed he had a brain fart and tied a gusty play that just backed fired. That whole thing was just awful.

I know McHale wasn't here 20 years ago but The Junkyard Dog was the nickname for Mario Elie, so he can't use that term for Bev.

Read that as "eights violation".

Beverley plays with no fear, not even backing down to Lebron and even jawing at the Heat bench every moment he gets lol, while Lin plays so nervously in these big games that he dribbles the ball off his foot bringing the ball up the court causing a self-imposed turnover, wth. In the 1st half of recent games I cringe every time Lin handles the ball, it's like he is so unsure of himself. I think Jeremy needs to borrow or take away some of Bev's attitude and swagger.

Lin plays fine, he's not Beverley and Beverley isn't him. Beverley airballed a layup and is a poor finisher around the rim and now his 3 ball is falling. Lin when he is going well drives into guys outweighing him by 30 pounds sometimes and how easily we forget all of the charges he took from guys outweighing him or those hard falls he took after made drives. Lin isn't timid, he has some physical skills to improve. He's out of sync but he has plenty guts, he just goes about his game differently than Beverley. He doesn't have the love of McHale the way Beverley has, he had it with D'Antoni but not McHale. Happens, each coach has his favorite players so Lin just does what he does in the situation he's in. Right now he's injured, so he's playing hampered. As for Beverley, keep up the good work.

LeBron probably got tired after dropping 61pts playing 41 minutes the night before, nice.

Lebron was admittingly tired but the way that our starters stood up to the Heat was impressive to see, how many teams have lead the Heat the entire game? We just proved that we're not a team to be taken lightly by good teams anymore.

I'm a big Lin fan as any but one thing that he lacks is the killer mentality in big games, that's why people are still worried about him come playoff time. He needs to get over that mental hump imo.

He doesn't always lack a killer mentality, sometimes he has it and sometimes not. When he is going well he does well in the 4th quarter, sinking big shots, taking big shots, making big plays and showing good hustle. If he's not, then it's the flipside. Now he's injured. His back issues and possible ankle injury are affecting his production. Right now, Lin is obviously physically not close to well enough to impose his will.

Let's see how the Heat plays against the Rockets in the next game. I have a feeling they are going to be much tougher.

I just looked. They need to at least hold home court in those games. Luckily Portland has a similarly though schedule.

It is kinda hard to choose facing yall or the clips, if the clips are injured that's a no brainier, but if they are healthy it is tough. It is therefore hard to tell if I should root for he rockets to win, or lose.

I thought Harden was the weakest of the starters. TJOnes and Beverley killed it, Parsons had good moments and so-so ones, Harden, I don't know, he needs to become a better team player. Dwight was great too. T Jones and Beverley were excellent.

Didn't he have like 11 asts? :o
