I'm a big Lin fan as any but one thing that he lacks is the killer mentality in big games, that's why people are still worried about him come playoff time. He needs to get over that mental hump imo.
He doesn't always lack a killer mentality, sometimes he has it and sometimes not. When he is going well he does well in the 4th quarter, sinking big shots, taking big shots, making big plays and showing good hustle. If he's not, then it's the flipside. Now he's injured. His back issues and possible ankle injury are affecting his production. Right now, Lin is obviously physically not close to well enough to impose his will.
Let's see how the Heat plays against the Rockets in the next game. I have a feeling they are going to be much tougher.
