Most of you have already forgot that Rockets was in double digits lead the whole game until mid of 4th, then the starters just gave up. The stars just demanded the ball instead of playing good D and team basketball.

Of course it is Lin's fault. McHale was resting Lin the whole game and only put him in with a minute to go and not expecting much but just winning the game for the Rockets. Of course, he failed with such a small task.

There are 10 other guys on the Rockets to seal the win but they didn't get the job done as a group. Putting it all on Lin is ridiculous and quite simply cowardice of Rocket fans. If you want to blame someone blame the coach for mishandling our players and plays.

Lin is playing hurt for us since he hits the floor more than any other player on this team, he's the heart of the team.

Tat's back spasm again! He just couldn't play through some major muscle pains(chest or back, last season and this year) cuz he is the primary driver for the team. Driving is his game. If you take it away from him, he is just not a good attacker anymore.

But, dear I say, even with a BAD BACK, Lin is a much better hustler/defender than Parsons in crunch time. Many fans seems to be happy with Parson's packed stats. But I just can't believe how overrated as a glue guy he is. His shot always cooled off and his drive was ineffective all season long in the 4th Q. :nonono:

Sorry, I just still can't get over it. :banghead: I won't bitch anymore. It's still good to hear that Parsons admited that it's his fault to get exposed by Blazers in those final minutes.

I haven't said anything about Parsons up to now, but he has been very quiet during this playoffs which tells me something about what's happening at the Rockets. I think a lot of people are going to be shipped after this which could explain why our guys aren't playing together like a team. You look at Portland, they just come to work and play. Their coach looks very calm and collected even when they were down they never stop trying to win. Kind of sad at how the Rockets have been over the past couple of seasons.

A back injury is not easy to come back from, trust me I was out shovelling in the garden for 4 hours yesterday and I had to lay flat on my back for the rest of the day. Even getting up was painful.

the blazers have really good ball movement and flow on offense....you guys should watch the tnt online stream with the backboard cam...those guys really work well together on offense.

The different between the stars at Portland and Houston is this:

When stars at Portland receive the ball, they will try to find the person a high probability shot. He will only show it if he has the highest probability. All role players still running a play.

What about the stars from Houston? Once the star get the ball, they are shooting it. Every one else just stand and watch.

thats 95% of the rockets offense. stand and watch while there's a p&r or iso (maybe pull a quick jerkoff to the high-class hookers at courtside while standing). one or two rare plays you'll actually SEE them moving the ball around, setting screens, cutting, the whole 9 yards!

¯\(°_o)/¯ "i dunno why our offense is stagnant. must need more iso plays" :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

I am pretty disapointed in Parsons, he didn't seem to play that way in the regular season, but he doesn't really look to pass it anymore, only has 1.8 asts in this series (although the three ball is not falling this series unless your Daniels) actually liked watching him play too.

Houston really needs a PF that is seasoned, Jones is nice, but still too young on D, Millsap would have been great on this team.
