You look at the playoff rankings.

There are 16 playoff teams.

http://espn.go.com/nba/bracket

8 teams gets knocked out in the 1st round of playoffs.

Only 1 teams got swept, Bobcats which will be called Hornets next season. lol

Bulls only won 1 game. And only the Rockets won 2 games. 5 games went to game 7s

Rockets were the 4th seed, I would say IMO, they had top 8 Roster in the NBA with 2 Superstars.

However, in the playoff, they were the 3rd worst performing team out of 16.

So, you tell me how good is McHale?

No matter how you look at it, the Rockets underperformed. You can throw players under the bus, a la McHale. Or you can fess up that McHale is not a top 10 NBA coach.

Top 8 seeded team overall, but performed 14th best out of 16. Pretty pathetic results.

Didn't you get the memo? It's Dean Cooper's fault.
Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming

Return to Houston Rockets
