He would have a lot to prove to people.

But can he un-burn the bridges?

He was this close to filing an ADA lawsuit against the organization. No way they bring him back.
Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming

As Talleyrand would say: 'Worse than a crime, it was a blunder'.

Let's not worry about whenever the Houston Rockets community would forgive Royce White for doing something wrong.

Rather, he ought to be punished for doing something really really dumb. There are other 25 year olds that I would rather have management take a chance on.

1) Who is supporting White? The guy did nothing for Houston, he was a huge distraction and a wasted pick. Saying that it wasn't a terrible draft regardless of the White pick is not supporting White. I don't want him or his distraction anywhere near this team.

It seems people still want to give this Morey pick a shot even though he never wanted to play for us (let alone play in the NBA), is it because they believe Morey knew what he was doing or there's a soft spot for drama queens at the Rockets?

The leeway that some people get these days...
* Since 1985, Jeremy Lin became one of 15 players to have scored at least 20 points, seven assists and a steal for six games in a row, including 136 points in 5 starts beating out Iverson, Jordan and O'Neal :D

Who wants to give him a shot? Someone starts a thread about the guy and you assume that there are a lot of people here who want him back?

You are confusing people not freaking out over a bad pick with supporting said pick. Royce White may go down as one of the most unpopular figures ever to be associated with the Rockets right up there with Scottie Pippen. There is no swell of support for the guy even in this thread. I don't know how you're reading that there is some Royce White Fan Society here...it's very bizarre.

Well if kinein was serious in starting this thread that's one and then ubernathan that's two.
Add in all his baby mamas wanting child support and that's over a thousand!

After today's events, I'm starting to think Royce White has the right idea about air travel.
