I'll like to see Dmo string together 2-3 good games before i jump on the bandwagon. I've seen this movie before.

hey mod
why the knicks game thread is sticky and tonight game is not?

haven't seen either mods post in the game thread, i assume the wives are to blame.

Sorry, I've been traveling since 6 this morning and just got into the hotel.

Let me go queue up the victory dance, but someone here has to tell me the story of tonight's game!

Go Rockets!

too lazy to format into a paragraph:

- career high in points for dmo
- career high in points and threes made by canaan
- harden 10-31 shooting, although made some key buckets and defensive plays
- 6-15 from the free throw line = 40%
- 4 turnovers, probably the biggest factor in the whole game and why we won
- great ball movement, including some very sick passes from dmo (check out nba.com) although it slowed down considerably in the late 2nd early 3rd quarters
- kings played without rudy gay
- dorsey can't make a free throw
- drexler thinks canaan is an all-star

That picture is mesmerizing. Hilarious too.

4 TO's Harden mustn't have played any ISO ball. That is really good. I see Cousins was 3 TO's short of a triple double.

I don't know what's up with the gif, but I'm reacting just like the ladies behind him!

4 turnovers...that's unreal.

Sounds like D-Crowe with a great outing. Are we going to see him challenging Jones as the Starter at this rate?

wouldn't count on it. dmo's relationship is building with harden, but harden and tjones are still boys. their chemistry is better at this point and jones' strengths are more suited with howard.

i do see tjones being slowly transitioned into the lineup which would give dmo more playing time, but i'm sure he'll overtake the starting position. the only way that he would be considered a liability is if he couldn't adjust to the defensive strategy that keeps us winning. i don't quite remember how the first 4 games panned out with him, even though we did win all 4 games, at full strength - then again it was against the weakest teams in the league so it's not a good sample size. i do think that dmo will get solid playing time with harden as he does help him in many small ways. for instance the screens he sets are strong and gets him great looks while jones, if i remember correctly loves to pick and pop so it might not be the best option with harden in particular.

then again, jones said it himself that it's scary to not being able to move your leg at all. how much of the mental aspect will affect him on court will be interesting to see. i've never seen this type of injury before.

Fact is that momentum in games is a real thing, while not tangible itself, you can tangibly see the effect it has when teams are on runs and how it can dramatically effect the outcome of games when you can generate any momentum.
