I miss 2+ weeks of games, and suddenly Josh Smith is a positive contributor???

What's our record since we picked him up?

Everyone else [edit: on our team] looks to have dropped off suddenly, too...

hes playing very good last night he had another good game

and yes i understand some people hate players from our own team

last year i hated lin and asik so bad

if we did not have smith our record would be worst for sure

hope he continues to play well and you change your mind thanks
fire morey please ,the sooner the better.....ryan Anderson is a 3 not a 4

At the end of the day, I predominantly like or dislike players based on how efficiently they play.
Occasional asterisked exceptions for guts or impressiveness.

Josh seems to be playing better for us than he had played the last 2+ years, but the team as a whole has dropped off.
I'm confused as to why, it's a strange situation.

forget the record after we got jsmoove
he's playing well with the game
not his fault when we don't have a real center now
dorsey is undersized not a real one
hurt even more last night without tjones
way undersized

I haven't seen many of the last 10 games, been too busy, but before that, things were looking pretty awkward.

The team has dropped off because Dwight is hurt. Simple as that.

Still not sold on him. He's had a coupe of great games thus far, but a fair share of awful ones, too. Hope he doesn't get the itch to shoot the longball again.

as long as he's not playing out of position he's fine
he's not quick enough to play sf and not big enough to play c

Don't see why he can't transition into a Jeff Green kinda guy personally, but maybe it's the fact Smith just carries more weight. He was never a good low post defender.

i think we should go after george hill
better defensive player and can play off the ball
not sure dragic will be happy playing behind harden
afraid we send too much on trade and he won't re-sign

Paul George coming back next month. I don't think Indy is giving up making the playoffs.
They don't have much depth at PG. Don't think they will trade Hill for draft picks.
Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming

wth? why i post that in josh smith thread?
anyway
i know indy is 2 games out of the playoff picture but there are 3 other team in the same boat
i think they are better off asking PG to take more time off
you sure don't want him coming back too soon (look at Rose)
i hear rumor they are trying to trade West
i think they are giving up this season (i'm not sure)

Josh Smith Pick-Up??

Post#216 » by moofs » Fri Mar 6, 2015 7:19 pm

4 times this year, I've questioned Morey.
The only other time I did that was when we got Lowry for Alston.

Brewer, Smoove, Tarik, and Canaan.
So far, he was right on all 3.

The man is quite simply better at his job than I am by a lot.

not to mention smith is having his best year shooting the htree ball with houston at 33%, which is borderline for 3pt shooters. from ur pf you take that

as long as he is shooting from the corner i have no problem
his 3pts on top of the key is off
there is different between missed and off
those are off

Tradewise.

I've questioned 2 or 3 of his draft picks, but he still has a pretty good track record there, too, so...
