Did I hear that right? Did the Rockets clinch a playoff berth tonight?

Remember this past summer and fall when the overwhelmingly prevailing sentiment on RealGM was that the Rockets were abysmal failures and doomed to the Lottery?

Can't wait to see T, Jones and D-Mo joining Dwight.

I'm trying to remember if I was in that group or not.
I'm thinking I wasn't very happy about cutting Asik and getting nothing back...

Well getting Smith and Brewer for free was huge and not predictable. But the injuries to Dwight, Jones and Bev have been too.

Rockets finished at 54-28 last season and 4th overall in west
Now Rockets are 50-23 and 2nd overall with 9 games left to go
Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming
