Seriously...what is happening with this franchise?

I wouldn't go that far. The kings are much worse in that regard. But this season has not been good for the way many of us view Les. Beginning to think it was all him that wanted McHale gone so quickly.

they wanted to make changes fast and there is no better to do it than firing the head coach
someone went into panic mode
you don't see Spurs owner fire Popovich after a disappointed post season

Well to be fair, Pop did do that exact thing to Hill then took over as the coach lol
But Pop has more than earned his keep. I felt like it was time to move on from McHale anyways, just not mid season when you can't hire a real coach and just hire JBB

Like I said 1 year ago.. The problem of this organization is not on the players, not Mc Hale, not even Morey, but Les the boss.

He IS the problem, he wasted Yao Ming and T'Mac's talents, All he wants are money and rapid success by trades, trades, and FA signings.

Remember how he won his two trophies, he just simply bought this team and won it. He never don't know the process of building a right system and a right team.

No lottery picks(=Tank), no Championships.

He was hands-on in the Thorpe for Drexler deal, which saved the 2nd title run.

Hard to blame him for Yao and TMac when they had so many injuries.
Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming

Well this is the first season I've ever heard of Les getting more involved in this franchise. And just maybe he is pissed off and confused how this team just epically collapsed after showing so much promise the year before. I hope he does not become a Dan Snyder or Jerry jones and cuts the **** soon
