Favorite Dodged Bullet

Over the past few years Houston has been associated with all manner of free agent pursuits. While some such as Dwight Howard panned out, there have been others such as Chris Bosh which did not...but ended up working out. Sometimes Morey has been saved from himself by sheer luck.

Who are some of the top dodged bullets in Rockets history?

Not sure if this is limited to free-agent acquisitions.

But assuming it is any dodged bullet - I suggest the Horry trade to Detroit that fell thru when Sean Elliot failed the physical?

I'm sure someone is gonna say Chandler Parsons. I'm still hoping he makes a comeback in Memphis. Maybe he wouldn't have gotten hurt here.
Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming
