Frank N can't be traded until August 4th.

CLE:
F: James/Korver/Jefferson/Osman
F: Love/Frye/Green
C: Thompson/Tavares
G: Rose/Ntilikina/Calderon
G: Gordon/Smith/Shumpert

NYK
F: Thomas/Kuzminskas
F: Porzingis/Anderson
C: Hernangomez/Noah/O'Quinn
G: Irving/Randle/Baker
G: Hardaway Jr/Dotson

HOU
F: Ariza/Tucker/Williams
F: Anthony/LMAM
C: Capela/Nene/Black
G: Paul/Taylor/Brown
G: Harden/Lee

Cavs would never do this deal lol.. Ever. I'd be hard pressed to find many Knicks fans willing to do this. That's like us trading Melo, Lee, Frank and 2 firsts for Irving, since Andersons contract is THAT bad and he is not a SF.

I think Blazers will end up with Anderson and the Rockets end up also giving up two 2nd rd picks...one to NY and the other to Porty....i think that is what the Rockets will give and end up with Melo only...all other moving parts from Porty and NYK i don't know.

As of yesterday afternoon, it appears Melo is only interested in Houston, not Cleveland. It's no longer a sure thing that he would waive his NTC to go there according to Ian Begley of ESPN NY

Big offseason in Rocketland, you guys must be pumped for the season to get under way.

Questions for you guys:
- Will the Rockets regret not landing Melo? Or can they find another target?
- Who wins the non-guaranteed contract battle?
- Who is the best crunch time 5 man unit?
- Can Capela compete for MIP?

Just wrote some larger thoughts on the offseason, would value some feedback from the Rocket faithful: https://thefourpointplay.blog/2017/09/27/nba-rockets-season-preview/

-They may regret it especially if we play OKC again in the playoffs and they beat us this time around.
-Isaiah Taylor probably sticks. Cam Oliver too. Shawn Long and Tim Quarterman get cut.
-Harden, Paul, Ariza, Tucker, Capela
-Sure. He's in the last year of his deal so he'll be playing for a big contract.
Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming

^ Agreed on #1 in particular. That OKC lineup will be a difficult match up for the Rockets, but it'd be a hell of a series.

I'm interested to see how Capela goes with CP3. Paul has made a habit out of lob men getting paid, expect Capela to be no different.
