I watch every single Rockets game on mute while playing classical music. I enjoy the destruction.

Makes me think of the apartment scene in Léon: The Professional.

Good times.

(Oldman has never won an Oscar, what a load of salted taint that is!)
We watched the tragedy unfold. We did as we were told, we bought and sold. It was the greatest show on Earth...but then it was over.

Honestly, someone pointed out a LEGITIMATE reason to dislike Houston. From one perspective of looking at it, we basically game statistics to win, rather than playing more traditional strategies.

Soccer has had the same thing happen to it over the last decade, and it’s turned it (for soccer fans) from “the beautiful game” to “optimal statistical management of scoring opportunities and defensive tradeoffs”.

So they hate us then for changing up how the game is played, and they hate teams like GS and Miami for changing up how the contracts markets work.

It’s kindof a fair complaint, even if it’s a bit stupid on their part because it’s really more of a reflection on the fundamental mechanics of the 3 point line imho. What we’re ACTUALLY doing is NO different than what Red Auerbach did with the Celtics in the 60’s, and last I checked, nobody bitched about them.

My advice is for them to nut up, stop the whining and do something about it.

That or I guess that they could bitch endlessly instead.

What they really hate is that they themselves (or the club they identify with emotionally) were not smart enough to think of it first.

I forgot Oldman just won an Oscar this year for playing Churchill. I suck and I apologize.

He should have won about 10 of them throughout his career though, dead gum it!

Go Rockets.

Raoul let us discuss the troughs and peaks of the unparallelled career of Gary Oldman as we sip tea and observe the Rockets pummeling the Jazz extensively about the head and shoulders.

The Rockets have basically sleepwalked this half.

There will be people claiming Utah showed promise...but the Rockets just haven’t had to try

Did Lil Wayne just invite Harden to go to the strip club?

Overall it was just a game where Houston had to take care of business and they did. The first half they tried, the second half they maintained.

Utah was already exhausted and they burned a lot more energy in that futile second half.

Great showing by Harden & my countryman today. Just a lovely afternoon distraction.

And Immortal Beloved is my favorite Oldman flick.
