All of these guys have had the label of not being able to seal the deal when it counts, and choking it away. Did this playoff run and season change that perception for you? Did it reenforce it?

It’s sad, all year everyone said that dantonie and the rockets would choke. That his style of play and rotations would kill cp3/harden. And they took it up to the WCF and grabbed a 3-2 lead...

I say they have to bring it back and run it again. Maybe bring in a guy who has won it before (I think arias is their only player with a ring)


All year we knew it was gonna be Gs/Cavs. And every nba fan was just waiting for the chock job from dantonie/cp3/harden.

It’s a shame. Such little basketball left. I didn’t even watch the last few games.... we knew it was gonna be cavs v warriors. I wish betting was legal... ahh...

If the critic is a “SHOW ME THE RINNNGGGGZZZZZ” dimwit, then they have not acquitted themselves.

If a team missing 3 primary pieces, one of them being a should-be perennial MVP candidate, taking “The Greatest Team of all Time that Just Won 57 Games” to 7 games and losing on some remarkably cold shooting + TERRIBLE refereeing counts for anything, or the fact that basketball is a team sport (which is a point that no MJ IS GOAT fan has ever understood, either), then they acquitted themselves nicely, save for maybe CP3, who didn’t help his track record of getting injured when it counted.

As far as proving himself a total badass or being clutch, CP3 did just fine.
