Bargnani and Kleiza for Gasol or Bargnani and Calderon for Gasol are both good deals for the Lakers. Would like the Rocket to get into the mix to see if we can get Calderon. Expiring and a good back PG.

morey did it again. trading all those picks for harden in a weak draft according to nba talent evaluators
"I'd trade the pick for sure," one NBA GM said. "No one wants to pick first this year -- and no one can live up to the No. 1 billing."

Yeah I look at Chad Ford's top 20 and nothing excites me outside of Nerlens Noel or Shabazz Muhammad but that is because I hear thier name a lot. Do not watch College basketball til the NCAA tourney

Anybody else strongly rooting for other West teams to lose? I find myself rooting against the Lakers, Mavericks, Jazz, Blazers, TWolves, and Nuggets almost as much as I root for the Rockets to win (basically goes hand in hand for the Rockets to make the playoffs).

Melo just put up a 19 point 4th to lead a Knicks comeback over the TWolves.

Utah came back and beat Orlando though....even more frustrating that the Jazz were down double digits in that game, ugh. Spurs are handing it to Dallas, up 20 in the third right now.

Portland unfortunately is on a 5 game winning streak, and 13-12. Kings need to win today.

I'm right there with you, dude. No "SEC-Fan" mentality here. I want everyone in our conference to lose. BADLY!

As in I badly want them to lose badly.

Go Rockets!

If it means the rockets get the 4th or 5th seed then hell Yeah but if it is anything less then I rather them not make the playoffs.

I just realized that the Rockets have the lowest payroll this season ($10m difference from #29). :-?

Avery Johnson fired from head coach position #2. Hire him to tutor Lin.
Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming

The Lakers will get in. Too much talent.

Root for the Lakers when they're playing against other western conference foes.

We should get our first rounder back from the TWill trade as compensation for Sampson. I think ATL owns it now from the Joe Johnson deal.

Sign Avery Johnson as replacement assistant coach.
