I don't know Aaron Brooks is already 31 and short point guards do not age well at all. Not a big Canaan fan though, but it's not the worst. I want Chalmers. He might be really bad coming of the Achilles injury though

I've always liked Toney Douglas even though I know he sucks haha I'm pretty sure there will be a trade early in the season at latest for a backup point guard

Douglas is a damn good shooter who can play off the ball. plus he can defend. Perfect fit next to James and Eric Gordon.

Monroe can be had for way less then that. Way way less. Bucks have been trying to trade him since he sunk their defense from top ten to lower third of the league

And D'Antoni has gone on record recently about his thoughts on posting up bigs. Monroe wouldn't get to post up so he wouldn't help much offensively and he's one of the worst defensive centers in the league. He rebounds well but if the other team makes all the shots that doesn't help much

Prigioni is ageless tbh

Seriously though I don't think our backup point guard will play much. Between Bev and Harden playing point there aren't many minutes to give. Prig isn't the best option but it's meh not terrible. I also feel like there will be a trade for someone a little bit better

Fair point. Are you talking about GPII? I'd be shocked if he made the team. He probably wasn't healthy but he didn't look good those first two games and he just had surgery
