Ahhh I get the Larry SANDERS. I would sort of get the z-Bo cuz he's fat

I always thought people called phil Jax colonel sanders tho? Or a select few. I remember a thread on GB was Pringles and colonel sanders cuz it was dantoni vs Phil Jax....there was also something for dunleavy but I can't remember? Anyone else know?

Look at how bad Lowry has been in TOR. If we tanked last year you think we could've traded Lowry for the Raptors pick? The "advantage" of tanking is not really an advantage at all.

that's why you need to tank to get higher picks so you can trade them for a better quality star
nobody want your 14th pick
the best morey had done in the past 3 years with the 14th pick is trade up for 12th pick

Nice job changing your tune there, boyo.
How many teams trade in-prime superstars for draft picks?
What do you think we just DID this offseason?

2 1st round draft picks, a scoring guard everyone hated, and a lotto pick who's underwhelmed magnificently so far.

i'm still the same
just because i want the team to tank you guys just assume i want a high pick and hope to draft a superstar
i said it long long time ago with high lottery pick you can either have a higher chance drafting a star/player with high potential (easier to trade) and use it to trade for superstar
everything start by having a high lottery pick and need to draft smart (white )
boston turned those picks into garnett+allen
okc turned those picks into durant+westbrook+harden (jeff green is from boston trade)
we are not going anywhere if you keep staying right in the middle
indiana is basically doing exactly that
i know they are the division leader now
that's because they are in the east and they drafted the right players
paul george is probably their highest pick (still on the team) at 10th
morey can do the same if he actually drafting what is needed instead of using them as trade baits
you know morey is using them as trade baits to trade up or hope for star player
he's not going to get it unless the pick is higher
he's been trying for 3 years
he didn't at least get harden (not a superstar) until he got the toronto picks (nobody want your 14th pick)
if we tank and got something higher 2 years ago we would get that borderline star player 2 years ago

Changes need to be made from a coaching standpoint. The offensive execution is terrible. However, it seems like it's not even McHale's fault. Wasn't there an article out earlier saying how our owner preferred that run n' gun offense ? We need a post player, an established one that we can go to if we need buckets.

James Harden is shooting 25% on 3 pointers this month and is attempting 6.8 3PA per game. 22/88. 31% usage rate. he's exhausted.

kevin mchale has done a great job overplaying him in losing games. james is averaging close to 40 minutes per game in Jan. mchale has no idea what he's doing. smh!!!!!! I don't know how anyone can defend him after yesterday's game.

why did the rockets sign james anderson?

james harden needs a break sometimes!!!

McHale did the same thing with Lowry last year. viewtopic.php?f=16&t=1152934 :-?

No need to rely on Anderson really, though. Just play Douglas at the 2. It''s his more natural position anyway.

Well, Harden officially made the ASG. So let's see if you're right.

Josh Smith believes he deserves a maximum-level extension.

“I feel like I’m a max player,” Smith said. “I feel I bring a lot to the table. I have a lot of versatility. For what I do and what I give this ball club, I feel like I’m worth it.”

The Hawks will be able to offer Smith a five-year deal worth about $94 million.

Hell no! This is a god awful contract and some idiot will give it him. I just hope the Rockets stay the hell away.

Smith again: “There shouldn’t be any hesitation. I’m Josh Smith, I’m not anybody else. I ‘m not Michael Jordan, I’m not LeBron James, I’m not Brook Lopez. I’m Josh Smith. You can’t look at what might’ve happened with another person. Let’s say Joe. You can’t say, ‘I’m skeptical of giving another person that’ because of whatever they feel like happened."

 reason why I would not give him a max. I hope this ends anybody bringing up Josh Smith to Houston talks.

llyasova is the personification of inconsistency.

He's like the turkish Jordan Hill.
