I quit smoking cigarettes last Friday. I was doing almost a pack a day. My son is going to be running around soon so I'm trying to get in shape so I can keep up with him.

Massive props to you for doing a good, but difficult thing. Your reason - beyond your own health - is admirable.

I know it is very hard to quit smoking. It is truly admirable that you have the moral courage to care for your loved ones.

I'm in preparation for a week of hell coming up in about three weeks. Three finals in three days, which includes my 21st birthday, :( Hey at least the Rockets won't distract me this time :D

im not proud that women love big asses (unless its a girls big ass :D ) , but being fat is the ****, i aint even that fat, im skinny fat, ballin ass mofo'ing shiz mang , i can eat anything i want :)

speaking of eating, ima buy some chicken legs. i suck at cooking chicken i dunno wtf the deal is , but this time i looked at a lotta sites about cookking cicken. anyone have any pointers? wat im thinkin of doin is rubbing them w/ oil , put some salt/pepper/paprika and bbq sauce, then bake them for 45min. some places told me to take the chicken out 20 min then put on bbq sauce cuz the sauce can get burned or w/e . am i doing this right?

one of the reasons i suck at cookin chicken is cuz i dunno the differene between good raw chicken and bad, but i finally figured that **** out. i think i was cookin bad chicken most of the time :(

no i dont have a grill i gotta cook in the oven or stove

I propose to my girlfriend of 6 years the other day and she turned me down... When I asked her why she told me she was in love with my brother...

Ahhh I see... well I love the fact women cant take their eyes off my ass. Its cause when I used to work out consistently, I always worked out my legs hard core. Aint no shame in my game. lol...

About your cookin skillz, you need to get one of those George Foremans grills. They are small and easy to clean and you can make chicken, pizzas, whatever. You seperate the chicken pieces and then let them soak in your marinate for about 30 mins. Preheat your foreman grill for about 10 minutes and then slap your chicken on their for 7 minutes on each side and then your done man.

I too am learning how to cook and that grill works wonders.

And also I appreciate all da support from the rockets crew on me quiting cigs. I've been smoking since I was 22 so for bout 3.5 years now. Its easier said than done thats for sure. Nicotine patch helps!

Hopefully I can stick with it though!

I just got back in the gym yesterday. I've lost 30 lbs since September (from 220 to 190 lbs). Which is around the time I quit drinking heavily. Now I just need to get my swole on again! :lift:
